Starry Milky Blue Coord (スターリィミルキーブルー) is a Lovely-type coord from the brand Fantasy Time. It has not appeared in the anime. This coord is very similar to the Starry Aqua Coord, Starry Chic Coord, Starry Neon Yellow Coord, Starry Pale Pink Coord, and the Starry Light Purple Coord.

Appearance

Top

A powder blue top trim with white frills and ruffles to accent the fabric in the middle and on the chest. Three gold ornate straps are sewn to the torso, while ruffled powder blue fabric lines both the top and bottom. The white collar is accent with gold beads and a powder blue ribbon trim with white ruffles and a white lace ribbon adorned with the same studs and a sky blue star gem with chains hanging beneath it. Comes with silver sequin sleeves trim with white and powder blue lace on top and a white scallop cuff with a powder blue layer. Both sections have a light blue strap.

Bottoms

A powder blue skirt with a white section going down the center lined in light blue and adorned with white ornate straps. Two pieces of light blue pleat ruffled strips rest in the middle of the skirt with white and blue mesh fabric between them adorned with gold studs. A white pleat ruffled strip circles the bottom with a thin piece of light blue string. Hanging from it is white mesh fabric, silver sequin fabric, and pieces of powder and light blue. Sewn to the side is a long blue and white ruffled ribbon lined with light blue lace. The ornament in the middle is the one from the top.

Shoes

Powder blue shoes with a wedge heel and a light blue lace design on top of the foot. Sewn to the side of the thick ankle strap is the ornament from the top and skirt. White socks are included with a light blue strap on top accent by a section of white held by two gold ornate straps. Sticking out from the top are two pieces of material, one a white lace scallop, the other a smaller piece of powder blue ruffle.

Accessory

A large sky blue gem shaped like a star with a gold ornate base and two bead chains. The star is sewn to a white mesh ribbon with gold studs and attached to a powder blue ribbon trim with white ruffles.
