Neon Lights Roulette (ネオンライトルーレット Neon raito rūretto) is a Making Drama first used by Cosmo Hojo in Episode 31 of the anime.

Description[]
Cosmo skates around the evening scenery before taking flight, into the air. She continues to skate with a glittering trail of blue and pink following her, which gain large pink glowing hearts after she does a spin. She floats to the center of the circle and spins with one leg bent behind her head, forming several thin rainbow lines, which attach to the hearts. This transforms it into a large heart themed Ferris wheel. Shown on it in separate sections are Sophy's fan club, Laala's mother and Gloria, Nene and Hanana, Love and Iroha, Nao and her friends, Eiko with her friends, Dressing Pafé, SoLaMi Smile, and lastly Cosmo. The camera zooms out to reveal the entire scene, which consists of the glowing Ferris Wheel in front of a lit-up city. Cosmo skates in front of the wheel and poses.

Trivia[]
- There are many references to PriPara's sister anime, Pretty Rhythm in this Making Drama.
- The ferris wheel is made by skating and jumping, which was how Idols performed in Pretty Rhythm.
- The jump itself is reminiscent of the "Stardust Shower" Prism Jump.
- On the ferris wheel in this drama, there are supporting characters, as well as some main characters.
