Ummm, not trying to be rude but... Halo has been inactive on here. I don't know if she's still translating PriPara songs. It's possible but I don't know who translates them at the moment. I can find out and have you ask them if possible.
I know I shouldn't bring other wiki matters to here, but really? A peace treaty had been signed between me and Tadacup, and Tadacup is more or less okay with me now so everything should be fine for now, so why did you go and block me again when everything was in a stable and peaceful condition? I feel that this time your actions were unjustified and unreasonable.
Considering what you did on that episode page after that so-called treaty was made, and given the fact that you're clearly not getting any of this what I did was completely justified and within reason. Everything is not peaceful or stable so save yourself the trouble and don't pull that crap with me. You are an inconsiderate bigot who doesn't seem to get that everything is not catered to you. Seriously. I still get complaints about you. You haven't even worked on your behavior in the slightest. You feel that way because you didn't heed my words when I said I'm done playing games. What you pulled overall was uncalled for and completely out of line.
Now do us all a favor and take your block like a man and own up to your BS. Do not bring this back up on this wiki and see you in about two weeks.
I was shocked and surprised when you sent that message to me at the Aikatsu wiki. Ok, maybe that comment was way beyond the line, but I DID NOT MEAN TO OFFEND YOU AT ALL. Even until now I still respect you as a admin, and that will continue on. And, yes I went too far with that comment. But my intention was not to offend you, and yes i am a very hypocritical person, I'm sorry. But for god's sake, the reason why I wrote that was because I saw MikuHatsune145 get into a arguement with Starmiya, Snowflakes and Chrismh over at the comments section of the blog that I posted. I DIDIN'T MEAN TO CAUSE THE MOTHER OF ALL OFFENSES, i merely wanted to defuse the situation. And once again I am sorry beyond anything, really, I am. But was BLOCKING ME THE RIGHT CHOICE??? Look, now due to being blocked I can't communicate with the rest of the Aikatsu community. Ever since I joined the wiki earlier this year in May, I know that i had have caused a lot of trouble, but at the same time I HAD SO MUCH FUN discussing Aikatsu with you all. Now that you have deprived me of those happy memories, and isolated me from the Aikatsu community, I don't even know how I can continue watching Aikatsu with that same and happy feeling and sharing it with all of you. All those happy moments we spent together are now gone. This is my fault, I know it, But I merely intended to ADVISE. God....what is life?
Okay uh, you shouldn't really bring other wikia-related issues to other ones. Please take this back to Aikatsu wiki. I saw you can leave comments there, and being blocked isn't a big deal. You're just being punished for ticking too many people off.
Besides, it wasn't even an arguement. It turned into a discussion/debate between Miya and Miku with occasional me or Halo in it, that was it.
Staraptor, save your BS for someone who will believe it. It is a block that will end in a few days, so stop the melodrama. I'm not an idiot nor am I gullible yet you must take me for one if you think I'll buy into this. In all honesty I should have blocked you after that skirmish with Dorayaki and probably even before that, but because I like to be fair and give people the benefit of the doubt, you got off with a warning. You walked all over the chances I gave you, continued to be an obnoxious jerk on not only Aikatsu wiki but also this wiki, and oh, thought it was okay to mosey on into a discussion and treat it like an argument then turn around and personally attack another user. Yeah, that's not okay. Blocking you was the right choice because if I knew you personally I would have smacked you and gone off on you for you to get it together and it would not at all be nice. Even now I'm holding myself back. Just because my username denotes an angel, don't assume I'm some naive person because I've been calling your BS for a very long time so stop being butt-hurt over this block, take it like a man, LEARN FROM THIS AND I MEAN IT, don't selectively pick out the parts you want to, and don't bring wiki affairs from one wiki to another and I will see you in a few days.
Also learn to pick and choose your battles because this isn't one you'll win and your guilt-tripping sucks. Just own up to the things you've done. Your intentions may have been noble, but I assure you they were anything but.
@Halo I understand. Thank you for being lenient torwards me even though I know I actually don't deserve it. If you hate me, I don't blame you at all, for I really deserve to be punished for my hypocritical and irresponsible behaviour. If my punishment is sufficient enough to calm down everyone including yourself, then I will accept it.
@ Chrismh I wrote this on Pripara wiki because I thought that being blocked would restrict my editing everywhere at Aikatsu wiki except on my own profile wall. And please allow me to say this: I completely misunderstood about the discussion; I thought MikuHatsune145 was quarreling with you guys so I decided to get involved and stop the arguement but instead ended up writing a very stupid and completely hypocritical comment based on my misunderstanding of the situation. The block imposed on me by Halo is my fault, and no one else is to blame except me.
Oh, don't take me lightly. Polite language and sophisticated words do nothing, but make me commend you for your well-spoken and well-written English. Once someone is on my bad side it takes a lot more than a simple block and flowery language to make me even neutral towards you. I don't hold grudges, but I do remember facts. It's also extremely difficult for me to legitimately hate someone, but that doesn't mean I'm anywhere near having any positive feelings towards you. You flip your attitude at the drop of a hat whenever you get called out like this and I have yet to see any legitimate proof that you're at least trying to shape up. As for everyone else, I can say for a fact that they will remain on guard as well. As a community we have already been through a lot and this behavior will not be tolerated. I mean it. Shape up and fix yourself and I will already tell you now that I specialize in reading the signs so even if I don't say anything, I'm calling you BS.
@ Staraptor. Yeah, I am well aware why you did it, I don't really care. It was inapropriate to put it here when other users can see/witness it and possibly blow it out of proportion. Thankfully everyone has stayed out of it for now because they know better than to interfere or make matters worse. There was never an arguement going on to begin with, it was a Discussion and if you didn't notice, I stepped out of it way before you interupted it so I'm not even involved in this.
If you could possibly translate the coords on the official site and put their translated names on their respective collection page it would be great! I'm also having agurii do this, im just seeing who is more avaliable and has time to translate first.
Q2: Assuming that you're living in the 80s, where smartphones and the computers we have today weren't invented yet. Your close friend invited you to his/her birthday party on this certain date and time. However, the latest episode of your favorite show airs on that exact date and time of the party and that episode only shows once. What will you do in this conflicting situation? Will you treasure your friend more? Or your favorite show? Why?
I'm not a cosplayer. I can tell you what characters I'd like to see cosplayed, but never will I actually cosplay myself. That's too much time, effort, and money on something that will only be worn a few times anyway only to make more.
More characters from Assassination Classroom, I have yet to see any Aikatsu cosplayers, I would also like to see Ojamjo Doremi and Rosario + Vampire cosplays too. Oh and I'd also like to see one of my favorite artist's versions of the FNaF characters cosplayed.
Disadvantage is that the chances of meeting tem in real life are really slim, and the advantages are that you get to expand your view of the world when meeting friends online. Especially if you know where and how to meet them.
Same here, except I have been wearing glasses longer than you. :)
Q9: Do you have a pet? If yes, which pet/s do you own? How long have you owned them? And name some of the good and bad experiences you've faced with your pet/s. If no, do you want to own one someday? Why or why not?
No, but in the future I'd like a dog. I prefer toy dogs, but if I get one it will probably be a mid-sized dog. I think an energetic furry little companion would just be good for me. My aunt has a dog though and she brings him over now and then.
Yes and it's mainly the major one in my town. The first I went it wasn't that great, but I still had fun. The second time however (which was earlier this year) I had a blast amd I'm really looking forward to it next year. The best part, one of the hotels that was hosting the event had a Starbucks so I especially enjoyed that XD I also go to smaller conventions too.
Same as any convention I go to at this point: hung out with friends, visited panels, go to the dealer's room and buy stuff, be a weeb, drink coffee, and have fun. I got to meet J. Michael Tatum and I even ran into some people from my past.
Sorry for the late reply. There isn't an anime character that inspires me to do my best in my everyday activities. I just do what I can as I can and it's mainly real events and real people that inspire me to keep doing what I'm doing.
I own a Nintendo Wii, Nintendon DS, Gamecube, and a Gameboy Color from my childhood, but I want to get an Xbox, Playstation, PSP Vita, and a Nintendo 3DS. I have really no set genre, but I really want to play my favorite game series, the Tales of Series which are console RPGs.
lol I know that there are other great places in Japan, but Tokyo has tons of anime merchandise (im not sure if there are others, from what I know so far, it's mostly Akihabara and Nakano Broadway). It's the Mecca of anime otakus. (correct me if I'm wrong)
Anyways, next question:
If you were in a trip to a foreign country, what's the first thing you would do there?
wow... at least you get to wake up really late on weekends and holidays :)
Q23: Let's say you told a joke to your class, and no one laughed. Than a classmate of yours told the exact same joke you told earlier, then everyone laughed. How would you feel if you were in this situation?
I'm not one to tell jokes in the first place, but I'd brush it off and get sarcastic and then people would laugh since my sarcasm is probably my best feature and apparantly I'm such 24/7 so yeah. I can't hear my own sarcasm yet I can point it out in everything else.
Thanksgiving and Christmas. The vibe this time of year is one I love and these are the holidays that accompany it. My birthday takes place between these holidays, but that is another story in the eye of the beholder.
Q26: This time, you will give at least one quote (any quote) that inspired you the most, and also state the famous person/fictional character who said that quote. And if possible, explanation please. Thanks :)
This doesn't really inspire me, but it does strike some coords in me because it's true. "Books are mirrors: you see in them only what you already have inside." - Julian Carax and Daniel Sempere from The Shadow of the Wind by Carlos Ruiz Zafon
And there's this which I think is really beautiful. "The living world is not a womb, Allie would have told Mary if she could. It’s the nursery, the school, the home, and the hearth. It is the source of all possible futures. And Everlost? Everlost is no more and no less than the portraits that hang on life’s walls. This would be a bland and bare universe without Everlost, but like a portrait, its place is on the side, not in the center." - Everfound of the The Skinjacker Trilogy by Neal Shusterman
Well... Let me share to you my experience in a Japanese summer festival. So prepare to read a wall of texts. Ehehehe
The Japanese summer festival in my area is called “Bon Odori Festival” held on August 7-8, 2015 in a park near my school. The festival on the first day started on 5pm until late evening while the second day started on 3pm until late evening. I only went on the second day because I went somewhere else with my family on the first day. When I went there on 3pm, there weren’t much people yet. So the food stalls only had a few to none customers around that time, which is good because I don’t want to wait… Then I was able to buy okonomiyaki immediately… it was really good, but it was already warm. The one who entertained me in the okonomiyaki stall was a Japanese. So I tried to say thank you in Japanese, which is arigatou gozaimasu, but it was kinda embarrassing… Then I also bought takoyaki and onigiri. They were also good. I wanted to buy more, but I became full after eating those three. So I decided to buy more later…
Then there was a mochi pounding event, where the mochis were pounded by Japanese men. I really wanted to eat the mochi, but the line was toooooooo long, so I didn’t bother. There was also a karaoke contest, yukata contest, and a cosplay contest. The cosplay contest was quite entertaining. Not all contestants cosplayed characters from an anime, some cosplayed a character from online games, and there was one who cosplayed Olaf from Frozen. There were two categories in the cosplay contest: individual and group category. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to watch the group category and the other events like the fireworks because I had to leave early. Before I left, I wanted to buy yakisoba and taiyaki, but the line was really long and they ran out of taiyaki. I was disappointed, but oh well, I’ve learned my lesson. And during the fest, especially around 6pm, it was pouring rain, but the fest still went on.
Most of my time during the fest, while waiting for the cosplay contest, I met a friend who’s also an anime otaku. We talked about anime, usually about Love Live, and a bit on Aikatsu, Pretty Rhythm, and PriPara. We had fun talking to each other.
Well… all I could say that the fest was fun. It was a great experience. But it would have been even better if I stayed until the fireworks and if the weather was good.
Thank you for reading this wall of texts. It kinda feels like I’m writing an essay or something… lol
That sounds like fun. I have a lot of knowledge on Japanese culture, language, and pop culture, but I'll probably only be able to truly experience it for myself if and when I travel to Japan. Although before that I'll be going to Europe.
Most "idol" anime are really shoujo anime. Aikatsu and PriPara currently stand as the only true idol anime I've seen so far, but in general I would say Fullmoon wo Sagashite and Aikatsu are my favorites in terms of that and overall.
Fullmoon is written by shoujo mangaka, Arina Tanemura. In general the story in her works are really well developed and interesting. They're also not entirely like typical shoujo works as she branches out. Fullmoon is no exception. Tanemura's art style is gorgeous on top of that, but she can only draw about 8 or 9 face types so it's easy to mistakes her characters from different works. The music in Fullmoon actually helped define some of my own musical characters too.
Aikatsu is the first true idol anime I have ever watched and is the only anime I've stuck with for this long. It's been nearly two years and I'm still a loyal fan. Aikatsu gives us the more real aspects of being an idol while still being a feel good anime and I really enjoy that. The music is amazing and overall it's a great anime. It does have it's fair share of flaws that still irk me to this day, but overall I love it. It's a great anime.
Ah... Aikatsu sure is a great idol anime. If you want to watch other idol animes, Love Live and The Idolm@ster is what I'd suggest. They're really great, and is one of my top favorite animes of all time (most especially their music).
Anyways, I've been asking you 28 questions in a row. Before proceeding with this interview, I would like you to give your comment about the questions that I've asked you so far. And if this interview is bothering/annoying you, pls. let me know as well.
And for this interview, I will give you 3 options:
A. I will continue asking you questions and you will continue answering them.
B. We switch roles. (You will ask me questions this time and I will answer them)
I actually enjoy this interview and the questions are interesting and not too personal which I appreciate. I would love to continue it although I'd like to ask you a few questions every now and then during ^^
We can't trust those lyrics. Unless they came from the official Japanese, which includes the kanji, then lyrics like that, which come from the anime subtitles, are not considered official and will be removed.
Hi! I posted this on Chrismh's wall as well and she told me to ask you. I thought we might also need pages for Love's coach (Nishiki Goi I think) and maybe Andou (Hibiki's butler). Maybe even Hibiki's Horse xD I understand you might be busy but just thought we might need them too
Normally the pages are for prominent supporting characters. We know next to nothing about Nishiki Goi and on top of that he only appearead at the end of the Valentine's episode. Andou on the other hand probably has enough credit to given a page since we see him a lot and he is Hibiki's butler. Hibiki's horse is a no though XD I'll run Andou by Passion just to be sure I have the right away.
Even though it's spelled that way in official Aikatsu news, the actual spelling is "Lisa" regardless. It's the same as Leona being spelled "Reona" and Hinaki's last name being spelled "Shinjyo" or "Shinjo". Basically it's westernizing the name where westernizing is due (in this case the katakana).
