ITPP Episode 28 - Number One is Coming! is the 28th episode of the Idol Time PriPara series. It aired on October 10, 2017.

Summary[]
At the beginning, Yui reveals that she would like to form a team with Nino and Michiru, and Nino was glad to join. However, Michiru was afraid that Miichiru wouldn't agree with her decision to join the team because Miichiru did mentioned that only Shuka Hanazono is fit to be her vassal.
Later, Yui and Laala found out that there was a special guest coming and meets a mysterious person that looks so hungry. Once the person recovers from her hunger, the person revealed herself once they went inside PriPara. The mysterious person was actually the divine idol, Mia Hanazono.
Mysteriously, Mia said she was looking for her younger sister, but had played a few games before actually searching for her sister. Coincidentally, Sion appears and found out that the idol that she had been looking for months was actually Mia. Sion quickly challenges Mia to a competition, which was rock-paper-scissors. Unfortunately, Sion had lost. However, Sion did come to an end on her journey and claims that Dressing Pafé is once again reformed. After this competition, it was revealed that the younger sister that Mia was looking for was actually Shuka. Surprisingly, Mia had came to look for her sister because she wanted to scrounge more pocket money. When Shuka founds out her older sister had spend so much money on a whole dozen of ear picks, Shuka was furious and chastised her sister. Shuka's Idol Time was maxed out and gave a performance and had obtained her Dream Cyalume Shuka Coord.

- There are different coloured version for some of the characters that also appeared.
