===Top===
A split tank-top of two colors, the right is lavender and the left is pale yellow. Down the center is a light yellow band with HAPPY wrote in blue on one side, and red on the other. Three bows are on top of this, each white and gold striped with a single band of color in the middle and a big gold star at the center; the top has melon, the middle is pale pink, and the bottom is light blue. Around the top and bottom is fluffy material, the right being gold, the left being mint. Each piece of fluffed material has small white stars. At the middle of the chest are three cones with a chain of flags hanging from the two outer, smaller cones. A frilled band of raspberry is on each arm, below the shoulder, with a bracelet and collar to match it. Attached to each bracelet is lining of fluffy trim.
===Skirt===
A tutu skirt that comes in a striping of lavender and pale yellow. On each bend is HAPPY spelled in yellow and red, with a red star separating each HAPPY. Printed on the skirt are various stars, confetti, and balloons. The user wears raspberry colored bloomers beneath the skirt with a single fluffy cuff on each leg; one is mint and the other is gold. Each cuff has white stars sewn on them.
===Boots===
Rubber boots of lavender and pale yellow. On each toe is a single pom-pom of mint or gold with tiny white stars and a single, large gold star on top of it. The cuff is composed of fluffy trim, the right boot is gold while the left is mint. A star shape made of six cones rest below each cuff. Comes with white tights.
===Accessory===
A cyan and yellow striped party hat with a fluffy gold trim adorned with very pale blue glittery stars. Two streamers are attached to the top of the hat, coming in white and crimson.
