After finding out each others identities, Mirei and Laala talk and find out a lot they didn't know about each other. For example, even though Mirei is strict and all, she really wants to have a pop image. Mirei informs Laala that it is technically not against the rules to participate in in PriPara, bringing a big load off of Laala. Mirei decides to put Laala through an extensive idol training program to help them get higher on the idol scale. Mirei succeeds easily, but Laala has some trouble. After some time, in the real world Laala starts writing in her PriPara journal, but faces an encounter with the headmistress. However, Laala creates a distraction by pretending to be a goat and eating the pages from it, and escapes. After she goes to PriPara, Mirei announces that Laala is in charge of the "Making Drama". Laala goes home and thinks and thinks, but can't seem to get a good idea. Her sister calls her over to watch Sophie's performance on TV, and soon after Laala leaves to go deliver a pickled plum pizza. The customer looks quite tired and messy, and her face isn't shown. She calls the pickled plum pizza "The red flash" (she means the pickled plums). The next day, after telling Kuma she hadn't came up with anything for a "Making Drama", Laala once again came in the path of the headmistress, and dropped her journal. Fortunately, Mirei found it and saw Laala's attempts at autographs. Mirei gave the headmistress a presentation full of facts explaing why PriPara should be allowed. Unfortunately, the headmistress thought all of it was nonsense, and continued the ban. Realizing how much Mirei likes her (Laala), she thinks of a "Making Drama" which they perform.
